20 YEARS OF COMFORT
Mike, a Mississauga homeowner, decided to add a solarium across the back of his home 20 years ago. Working with his neighbor, a commercial contractor, he reviewed a number of options and plans. Mike saw a new insulating glass with dramatically better performance – an R-Value of 5.7, unheard of in its day. He chose the new insulating glass with our Heat Mirror film.
Baseboards Never Used
The solarium is beautiful living room/ dining combination that quickly became the most used room in the home. As a precaution, Mike had baseboard heaters installed. However, the superior glass performance created a space so comfortable, the baseboard heaters have never been turn on.
